1) Service Areas
We deliver to: mainland France, the French Overseas Territories (Guadeloupe, Martinique, Réunion, French Guiana, Mayotte, Saint‑Pierre‑et‑Miquelon, etc.), and the European Union.
Carrier availability and delivery options may vary depending on the address.
2) Shipping Fees & Free Delivery
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout (based on destination, weight, and delivery method).
Free delivery from €50 incl. VAT in mainland France, and from €100 incl. VAT in Europe and the French Overseas Territories.
3) Carriers & Delivery Methods
We select the most reliable solutions depending on the destination.
Mainland France: Colissimo (home delivery), Pickup points when available (e.g., Mondial Relay or equivalent depending on the area). International (Europe & outside France) / Overseas Territories: FedEx (standard or priority service depending on destination).
The exact delivery method (home / pickup point, and carrier) is displayed before payment confirmation.
Any promotional offers or special conditions displayed on the website take precedence during their validity period.
4) Order Preparation
Orders are generally prepared within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation (excluding weekends, public holidays, and peak periods).
Once an order is being prepared or has been shipped, it can no longer be modified. If you made a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible.
5) Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the carrier, destination, and shipping conditions. They are provided for reference only.
As a general guideline:
– France: Colissimo usually 2–4 business days; Pickup points often +1 to +3 business days compared to home delivery.
– Europe & Overseas Territories (FedEx): varies by country/zone, generally 2–7 business days.
During peak periods (holidays, sales events) or in case of carrier disruptions, delivery times may be extended.
For Extraction Vanilla orders, delivery time depends on the quantity and may take 3–4 weeks. Please contact us for details.
6) Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a tracking link.
We recommend monitoring the shipment in real time and checking carrier notifications.
7) Delivery Address : Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for providing accurate information: name, address, postal code, access codes, phone number, etc.
If an incomplete/incorrect address results in a returned parcel: reshipping may be offered, and reshipping fees may apply.
8) Receiving Your Parcel: Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
Upon delivery, please check the condition of the parcel and the conformity of the products.
If there is an issue (damaged/opened parcel, missing item, damaged product): contact us within 48 hours at contact@terravanilla.fr and include photos (parcel, shipping label, internal packaging, products).
These elements are required to open a claim with the carrier.
9) Tracking Shows “Delivered” but Parcel Not Received
If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received anything: contact us within 48 hours at contact@terravanilla.fr.
We will open a carrier investigation and may request: a sworn statement of non‑receipt, confirmation of delivery conditions (mailbox, concierge, neighbor, etc.).
After the investigation:
– If loss/non‑delivery is confirmed: reshipment or refund.
– If delivery is confirmed by carrier proof: the case is reviewed individually.
10) Customs, Local Taxes & Overseas/International Specificities
Depending on the destination, shipments may be subject to local taxes, duties, or customs fees (especially Overseas Territories / outside the EU). Unless stated otherwise, these fees are the customer’s responsibility and depend on local authorities/carriers.
11) Returns & Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with regulations, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal (except legal exceptions, including certain unsealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons, or any opened/altered product).
To initiate a return, contact us at contact@terravanilla.fr with your order number. Products must be unused, unopened, in their original condition, and properly packaged. Unless the error is ours (non‑conforming/damaged product upon receipt), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
After receiving and checking the returned items, we will process the refund according to our return policy.
